Actually, the front wheel balances the scooter. Its called "gyroscopic precession"

Not much. Most scooters don't have a big flywheel. You'll provide the balancing power just as you would on a bicycle.

Just like a bicycle you balance it. Motor just turns the rear wheel.

no theres nothing reallybto the engine housing it self its the baterry weight that is what really carries, balancing load on some standard modells, etc.

Yes, the motor makes the speed keep it constantly standing while in motion. It wont fall, unless you turn to sharply in a direction.
