Im a landed immigrant from another country and I had a breakdown of marriage. I would like to sponsor my children including their father. Is that still possible?

Sure, why not. Many couples divorce but remain best of friends, especially if children are involved. They just couldnt remain married thats all and for whatever reason it happens. Doing this would show that you still care alot about your kids and their father which is very admirable in todays world. Good luck

i'm sponsoring my husband right now...and our lawyer has said to us that we can not be legally separated or divorced. we must be in a marriage and living together in order for the process to work. they do this to ensure that people can't get their citizenship by just marrying a person and leaving them. i wish you luck though!

yes it is you can still sponsor them even though yall are separated. it is definitly possible.
