When left turn signal is on (no brake applied) both rear lights flash like the hazards are on but the front light is signaling. When the brake is applied the brake lights do not work but both signal lights stay on. When right turn signal is on it sometime works correctly and other times it doesnt work at all brakes or no brakes on. Also the hazard lights do not work.

If it not just the bulb,fuse perhaps???

My only advise is, Did this vehicle ever have a hitch installed?
If yes, I have found corroded connections at this spot more times them I could remember, Look to see if the vehicle ever had one, sometimes they remove the hitch and you over look the bad source of your problems

did you check all of the bulbs including brake lights
