I have seen this myself, too. In fact, the website that you got this from has some really disgusting images on here.
And, as for the lady who hit that old man, first of all, the way his head was. Man, either he was in a coma or dead. It would be interesting if the old man actually lived to tell the tale. But, did you notice the car to your far left of the little girl screaming? I mean, that lady should be arrested for not stopping at the light, for hitting a pedestrian, vehicle manslaughter (or attempted manslaughter if he lived) and for scaring the s'hit out of all of the passengers in their cars as well as the couple behind the old man who had witnessed this event.
Man, that is so sad.
