There are three reasons I can think of. The first one is that you are in the initial stages of gonorrhea and that the pain will become very very painful as the urinary tract infection moves up towards the kidney, Possible answer two is that you have just had an orgasm and some times it will hurt after you urinate and the third possible reason is that you are washing yourself so thoroughly in the shower that you are getting a hard detergent type soap into the meatus or opening of the penis and the soap is irritating the mucus lining of the urethra.

Urinary tract infection
Alternative Names:
Bladder infection; Cystitis; UTI
Symptoms:
The symptoms of a UTI include:
Pressure in the lower pelvis
Pain or burning with urination
Frequent or urgent need to urinate
Need to urinate at night
Cloudy urine
Blood in the urine
Foul or strong urine odor
Young children with UTIs may only have a fever, or even no symptoms at all.
Additional symptoms may include:
Painful sexual intercourse
Penis pain
Flank (side) pain, vomiting, or fever and chills (may be a sign of kidney involvement)
Mental changes or confusion (in the elderly, mental changes or confusion often are the only signs of a urinary tract infection; possible spread to the blood should be considered)

Sound like a bladder infection. But I suggest you see a doctor and until then take some AZO. At your local pharmacy. This is not a cure its just will relieve you.
