If they could come over here and do anything don't you think they would have already? Sadam was a worse leader than durfur.
Where millions are being hacked up and starved to death?
If it was for humanitarian reasons why are they not doing anything in Africa? They did not have the ability to cross the ocean. A few craziest people plotted a sceme. Like Timothy McVey should we bomb Arizona. That is where he came from.
The terriorist were killed in the blast.
Yes, we will fight to the death for oil. He who has the oil rules.
Did you know that time magazine said, "Bush doesn't work for the oil companys he is the oil companys. He owns wells in Kuwait, that is what his father was protecting in the gulf war."
Before elections he can manipulate the economy any way he wants and says see there this is good. So, yes it is the oil.

The planning for the Iraq war started well before 9/11. It was in Bush's mind before OBL attacks andthe horror of 9/11 just made it easier to instigate.
This will go down as one of the most ill conceived wars in American history. The enemy, OBL, was is Afghanistan, not in Iraq. That was the target, that should have been the objective. Now we have a grinding, killing war in a useless country that couldn't give a hoot about democracy. At it is because Bush twisted the truth about WMD and the link to Al Quaeda. He put Afghanistan on the back burner and now it's getting tough there because troops were not sent to where they needed to be.
He's created a monster - no way to get out without making thinks far worse - civil war, more mass murders, Iranian influence and power seeping into every pore of Iraq. He's a fool.

Because Bush needed a scapegoat for the 9/11 attacks that would also benefit the US. As another person said, he was already planning to invade Iraq anyway, so it was just convenient.

We went to War in order to turn a Dictatorship into a Democracy.
Instead - Iraq became a rallying point for Islamic fanatics whose aim is to convert the World to Islam by
killing anyone who disagrees.
As the Pope said, what Islam has brought to the table is Violence.
Muslims talk of Peace but their actions speak louder than words.

Yes it all boils down to oil. Some say its for the war on terrorism. But thats all about oil too. And the US uses 24 million BARRELS of oil a DAY. We are addicted to the stuff so we will do anything to get it.

It's because of George Bush's ego. He thought he could scare the terrorists by invading Iraq and get a quick victory. Nothing remotely like that happened and now the death toll is closing in on 1 million. We have been misled by an incredibly dumb Pres. who fed us a pack of lies.

Because we are blindly following a lying leader, who's primary talent is misdirecting the general populace, kind of like a really bad used car saleman.
