Swakopmund is a very nice town, with lots to do and see and the people are wonderfull.

Born & breed in Namibia {Katima Mulilo} so I use to visit Swakopmund on a regular basis.

Sorry but I have never heard of the Mascato Coastal Youth Choir

I know where Swakopmund is, because I use to live quiet near to the Namib border on the SA side (OK actually nearer to the Botswana border, but still, there aren't many towns in that area, so maybe a half days drive.) Never heard of the choir though I'm afraid. I heard a young lad singing solo from Namibia a while back (he teased and said he is sometimes called "Boesman" cause he looks like one) and he was very good.

Used to be an overland adventure guide for a South African company and stayed in Swakop every few weeks. Great place, as is the rest of Nam. Especially Rafters pub. Never heard of the choir, though.
Is jy van Swakop, Nameisie?
