Giggle? I laugh my butt off!!! HAHAHAHA!!!
One time when I was in the grocery store, I saw this little kid running down the aisle. Well he tripped, hit his head on the freezer, bounced off that, and then landed a beautiful face plant right on the floor.......It was all I could do to not laugh, because his mom was standing next to me..

It depends on who it is... I probably would giggle on the inside, but I wouldn't burst out laughing... However, if it was somebody I knew and was pretty comfortable with, I would laugh and help the person up while trying to contain my laughter... :-)

That I have seen,and the person was off their face on drugs.She collapsed and we phoned an ambulance.Her jeans ended up between her knees so I covered her with my jacket as she had a g-string on.When the ambulance siren was on its way,she suddenly jumped up and ran away!!! With her jeans hanging down!!!! It did look comical and my kids laughed their heads off because all they could see was her bare bum and a bit of string!!!! She staggered away and we had to explain things to the paramedics!!! That is true,and I still kind of laugh to myself when thinking of it.

The night I met my fiance she tripped crossing the street and skinned her knees. She was wearing a mini-skirt too it was so funny...

it depends on if they get hurt or if they look like they can help themselves, if it's an old man or woman sure I'll be more than willing to help.
