No...real friends stick around throught the trivial things. If people are backing out of your life, you should take a look at yourself....are you being a good friend?

yes, but the reason i am is because i am going thru a divorce and never was allowed to have friends and now i have not made very good choices in friends. sometimes it takes something like this to realize who your friends really are. try meeting new and interesting people and look for the signs of being used. if the only reason they call is because they want you to do something for them, steer clear.

If they are going away for trivial reasons then they're not good friends anyway. Be good to your friends and they'll be good to you and try not to feel hurt and rejected but I know how you feel cos I've felt like that too.

cheer up why don't you make a mends and try saying sorry
if they were really your friends they will accepted your apologies
if they don't their loss your gain. you will now have more time to spend with all the new and exciting friend that you will meet.
good luck x
