Those buildings were turned to dust. There was nothing but dust.
I dont believe fires can cause that. And Building 7 was not even hit by a plane.

When metal gets hot enough it melts and collapses. There was more than enough heat from the jet fuel to do this.

Building seven was hit by debri from the other buildings- the buildings were hit at such a height that by the time the debris hit terminal velocity they it was going fast enough to crush the part of the building it landed on- the WTC burned for weeks underneath the rubble and was turned to ash and dust in the process- the same way people are cremated.
