Starter, bad reman alternator, short in the electrical system, injectors, fuel pump, there are a lot of different things it could be. With a question so broad it is probably better to take it to a technician that can diagnose the problem.

did you get your battery and charging system tested or you're just saying "it's good" load testing the battery and checking the alternator's output (and internal regulator) with a simple machine can rule this out... --------------------------------------... you can bring the vehicle to your local autozone or advance auto parts, oreilys, or checkers and they'll perform a FREE testing of your battery and alternator in the parking lot! make sure you watch the voltage when they load test the battery on the vehicle... if it dips below 9.5V, just start looking for a replacement as far as the charging system test goes, if it's around 14.xx V when testing, it should be good... these tests doesn't take very long, that's why those parts stores can offer to check them for FREE! ------------------ Caution: keep an eye on the person hooking up the clamps; the newer testers can help prevent "voltage spikes" but make sure he attaches the positive first and removes the positive clamp last obvious, but good to note as well... the condition and tightness of the alternator belt
