India is always as an innovation hub right through the evolution of life. Indian sub continent deemed to be best living place right through the earlier harappa and mohanjodaro civilizations.during those periods also, india regarded as central point for the Indian sub continent. so the foreigners tried to invade India from Alexander , the great to the recent British rule. hence the Indian sub continent dived to various smaller countries.however India stood against all those attacks and gaining prominence again in the world. hence it is the place and people that contribute to the present and future growth as an innovation hub.

Friend, You know the Indian Politics and politicians. The SCAMS are sprouting up one by one ...all Multi crore Scams. some of the persons in High Positions are involved in it.We are reading in news Papers and also seeing the minister resigning and sitting in jail. So when the insiders are INVOLVED , HOW do you expect the Lokpal Bill to Become a law or Ordinance? Never ...Similarly , great persons will be Crying and doing deekshaas .....the thick skinned Govt,, will not mind those , it has so many things to protect. So you may call it JOKEPAL. it is my opinion.
