No, in every country other than India and Japan do it at some point, but Japan and India never change their clocks and America does it in November because of Halloween and so the Kids can stay out for longer or summat.
And it's Sunday morning - at 2am!!!!

No. This country likes to be one on its own. I do seem to remember a trial year when we did not do it. But I was young and enjoying life to much to remember why it did not work out. Or was I just dreaming. Help me if I was.

No....its mainly a USA thing and not even all the states follow it.

Its left over from the 1900's and when farming was in control.
