protect your eyes from sweat

Scientists aren't sure why we lost most of the hair on our bodies as we evolved but retained the hair above our eyes. Their best guess is that the arch shape of the eyebrow diverts rain or sweat down our cheeks, keeping our eyes dry. This was an important feature for early man to retain. It's difficult to outrun a predator if you have sweat in your eyes and can't see where you're going.

I really don;t know what the purpose of eyebrows is but, I do know that they frame your face. Groomed eyebrows can make you look totally different. Just like someone who has gone through Chemo looks strange without eyebrows

Eyebrows are the frames for your face - they complete your whole eye area like framing a painting does.
Eyebrows also convey lots of expression.

my friend accidentally shaved her eyebrows. Trust me, they're not pointless.

THey protect you from liquids. Don't cut them off. Look how ugly Whoopi GOldberg looks!!

To keep water & stuff out of ur eyes. Think of all the shampoo u could havae in ur eyes that's in ur eyebrows. lol. :)

you should DEFFINATELY just shave them off or pluck them then. They serve no biological function whatsoever other than to tell people where your eyes stop and your brow begins!

They help stop sweat and water or rain and all that kinda garbage from getting in your eyes.
