I thought it was fair and balanced and showed both sides?

but I talk to someone who watches any other channel and they can tell me where Democrats stand on the issues and their policy issues?

but I talk to someone that watches Fox News and they have no clue where the Democrats stand and they seem to think that the fact that they never see any issues on Fox News is evidence that there are none?

why are they so painfully unaware of what the other party is doing? It makes me seriously wonder about the accuracy and bias of Fox News when those that watch it are painfully uninformed on what a major policital party is doing...

nicolas rage... I've stated it a hundred times... and none of you ever pay any attention... but some of the issues are setting deadlines for Iraq (now Bush is considering it), repealing warrantless wiretapping priviages, repealing investor tax cuts, re-working NCLB to make it actually work, keeping the tax cuts for the middle class, giving college students student loans at lower rates and increasing grants... and there are much more... but that's HARDLY NOTHING...

supervfiv: I'm not saying don't watch... but I am saying... maybe you should get another point of veiw just to make sure you're not missing anything...

it sounds like you do that... and I personally don't think it's bad if liberals watch Fox news to see the other side of things either...

It just seems that some that watch it don't have a grasp on what the other party is doing and saying... and it makes me wonder about the station...

nicolasra: it's not saying "Bush is bad"... it's just disagreeing with the Republican policies... and wanting to set policies in place that change those policies...
THOSE ARE ISSUES... that's what an issue is... just because it goes against Bush, doesn't mean it's not an issue... and they have reasons for going against it other than "because Bush is for it"...

Fox News is more fair and balanced than the networks and cable news channels. Even in the left's hatred of Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and Brit Hume you can see (if you really want to see the truth) that it is balanced. What goads you is that they dare discuss the conservative point of view that the other "news" channels omit. Alan Colmes, far-left-Democrat, balances Hannity and O'Reilly has guests on from the far left and moderate left and actually lets them speak (then he rips their rhetoric to shreds). Brit Hume has also been attacked by liberal media watchdogs for comments that have a "conservative slant." However, the best-known part of "Special Report with Brit Hume" is Hume's discussion with "The Fox All-Stars," a panel of three political reporters and columnists. Regular members of this panel include centrist Democrat Mort Kondracke, and conservatives such as Fred Barnes, Charles Krauthammer, and Bill Kristol. NPR correspondant Mara Liasson, who unlike the other panelists (and as a function of her day job as a journalist), offers conventional wisdom but not her own personal point-of-view. When Liasson is not there, liberals such as Juan Williams, Nina Easton, Jeff Birnbaum, and Ceci Connelly fill in.

We have a clue of the left because it's everywhere! Clue in to the right honey and enlighten yourself!

The Democratic occasion of 1800 replace into stated as the democratic-republican occasion. It replace right into a occasion (tom jefferson's) that believed in a republican style of government that the in many cases used individual had administration of. It has strayed far off from that to alter into what replace into the socialist occasion of 30 years in the past. go decrease back and study some background in this and you will discover the transitions of the quite a few events very exciting, nevertheless unhappy each and every so often.

Ok, since you watch something other than fox news, tell me what the democrats stand for other than, "bush is bad"

Bush is not, and never will consider setting timelines to take the troops out of iraq!!!!!!

Setting timelines in which certain jobs should be done by is not the same thing!

-------------------
epealing warrantless wiretapping priviages ("bush is bad"), repealing investor tax cuts ("bush is bad")
, re-working NCLB to make it actually work ("bush gave more funding than anyone to this program")
, keeping the tax cuts for the middle class ("keep something intact is a great plan")
, giving college students student loans at lower rates and increasing grants (why hasn't a democrat brought this up to congress? Do you think they would shoot it down?)

----

Every issue the democrats have is to undo something Bush has done. It sounds like I summed it up pretty good with "bush is bad".

a couple of years back someone brought Fox news to court for running news that they made up and guess what?

It turns out reporting news that has been fabricated (made up) is not illegal. The corporate media in the states is owned by less than 10 people and if you think these 10 people don't take advantage of that than ........ you need to start paying attention

No... the reason that one can't tell you where the Democrats stand on an issue is that they don't have a stand. Or they are on *both* sides of the issue, depending on who they are talking to.

Because Fox "News"...along with most other mainstream media news...is a complete joke. The greedy, corporate sensationalists who comprise the mainstream news care only about ratings and profits, not about actually reporting anything important.
