I've seen this phrase a few times and have heard that the current government is requesting government agencies to use this phrase in their publications. No thanks.

Its Harper's way of differentiating his government from all other past government. He claims that his party/government will make real change, but the only change I've seen is the reduction of the GST to 6%.

Harper thinks his Government is new because the Liberal has been dominated this country for too long. For me, I think they are just another dirty old man. It does not matter what party is in power, the first thing they want to do is to take care of their own buddies.

The conservatives want you to looove them. They want you to think that they are a brand new party not just a differently spun old party. Do you love em??? I sure don't. I had a fleeting moment of respect for them but it disappeared when our mission in Afghanistan seemed to take another path.
