you mean escargot? well of course! Studying french at school has allowed me to visit restaurants where i could try the delicacies and i loved them, a bit chewy but still good.

Yes. I occasionally make escargots as an appetizer. I even bought those special little dishes that have the depressions to place the snails. I add butter, crushed garlic, a small cube of bread to each and sprinkle on some grated cheese (just a bit). Then I broil for a couple of minutes in the oven. VERY Tasty!!

yes I have,when I went to Champagne in France.The snails were cooked in a garlic creamed sauce and I was amazed,I thought that the snails were going to taste horrible,but the snails were actually very nice.

No, but when I was little I used to protect the snails in the playground. You know... build them little homes with sticks and leaves... :)
