I am writing a paper comparing two tv shows for kids, what age group typically watch these shows and are they a fair comparison?

I think Mr. Rogers is 3 and under. Power Rangers is 4- up.

No - Power Rangers are most appropriate for 5 year olds and up and is on Disney. Mr Rogers is on PBS and is geared toward pre-school. Also, Mr Rogers has zero conflict\violence.
