Only ate it once when I was in my early 20's and that is a very long time ago. Wasn't told it was cow's tongue until I ate some.
I thought it was meat loaf so I had seconds.

1985 in Los Angeles. It was made by some Latino people I worked with and used in burrito's. It was very good.
I think they referred to it as langua.
