Mmm... it means that he wants to care for you. He might be trying to say that he isn't like all of the other guys out there. That sounds like a perfect situation but perfect never happens so then again he might be sucking up. If you really feel for this guy, trust him. You only live life once...

In what context is he saying this? It might just mean that he won't kick a puppy, or that he's willing to go to a chick flick with you. I wouldn't read much into it unless he's talking specifically about his feelings for you... and even then it's a little ambiguous. It might mean he doesn't know how he feels but that he's human and feels something.

It depends how far you are in a relationship if your not in one with him or just started with him then he cares about you.If you have been dating him for a long time like 2-3years then he loves you,or he might just say it to your face i love u or i really care about you.

Well everone has a heart, it pumps the blood in our bodies. What context did he say this. Did he say "heartfelt" meaning strong emotions. Or was he just informing you of his working body parts

It would mean to me that he is trying to express that he has feelings. This is sometimes difficult for people to do so it could mean he was trying to openly communicate with you.

men are wierd creatures who cannot express themselves properly. Guessing what he meant won't help you it might raise your hopes or crush them better you go to him and ask him what he meant. i hope that answers your question.
