Buy some fly swatters at the Dollar Store. Invite the neighborhood kids over for a "Fly Killing Party." Whoever kills the most flies gets to keep the dead ones.

this really works. Get a zip lock freezer back fill it half way with water hang it over your door way. The flies have so many eyes that they think they are seeing a full wall of water and will not fly through the doorway. I have one in the doorway from the garage and on both of my sliding glass doors. It has worked all summer no flies in the house they go in the garage but there are none in the house. Everyone that comes over asks me what it is. I tell them and by the time i go to visit they have bags of water over there doorways also.

You can get rid of flies by using pest control.

take out the trash? just kidding. try an over the counter insect spray such as raid flying insect spray. many products are on the market which do a good job.

Fly strips hanging will pick off a lot of them. They seem to like perpendicular objects to land on.
