try both clockwise and counter clock wise. i can only make it around to 10 oclock and I'm really trying! Dang! Do I need to try and get higher or what?

and land well? not very far - not without shaking the floor and walls of my apartment anyway...

but if you don't mind me landing badly and heavily, I can go most of the way around... ;-)

Why did I just try that? Now I remember why I don't jump. But I did make it around to about three o'clock. I went the other way. Sounds like you may need to push off harder with the trailing foot a little more.

I did more then all the way around. I would say about 430 degrees. That is like from noon to 2:30am. lol.

It all depends on how high you jump.

It is all about getting into that tuck position and stearing with your head not your feet...
