I work at BK. Sometimes they don't give me a break but then I'm not a minor and I am a teamleader. Maybe you are just that good and they don't want their best worker to leave for thirty minutes. I asked the DM once and he told me they didn't have to give breaks anymore. I think it is is a bunch of bull but I know for a fact that minors have to have a break. I would rather not have a break than to take one for one hour. That has happend a couple times when labor was high. It sucks too.

For every four hours of work, you are entitled to a 15 minute break, by law. However not everyone follows the law. Tell your employer you need a breather, perhaps they'll understand. If you do bring up the law however, be prepared to lose your job.

you don't get breaks at burger king because you allow them to get away with not giving you a break. the labor law says you are suppose to get breaks at different times durning your shift.
