I have a monologue, a song ("Reflection", by Christina Aguilera) and a sevillana Flamenco dance prepared. My monologue can be found at this link: http://www.whysanity.net/monos/charliebrown.html (it's the first one, with Sally). Any ideas on how I can prepare myself? Any tips for this audition? I'm not really nervous now, but I ALWAYS get REALLY nervous before an audition, and I also was wondering if you guys could give me some tips and advice on how to deal with this. Please, serious answers only. And if don't have anything nice to say, DON'T SAY IT, because you're probably just jealous that you can't audition. Sorry if I'm sounding harsh, but I really need hlep since this is my first real audition for TV. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, just take some nice deep breaths. If you know what youre doing then you'll do it well. It's natural to be nervous, especially if you're a beginner. I was always nervous before my first few modeling auditions, but now I have enough confidence that i'm not as nervous anymore. Your monologue is awesome, i think you'll do good, just don't let your nervousness get the best of you. Good luck and I hope you get famous!

You're very lucky you get to be auditioning for Disney Channel. I don't blame you, I would be nervous as well. Just meditate before you go to the audition. Don't be nervous, and if you don't get the role or a callback, NEVER GIVE UP. Try your best. Make sure you're comfortable. (Example: You've had enough water, you've had enough food.) Wear comfortable and cute attire, such as loose capris and a short-sleeved shirt. May I ask you something: How did you get an agent and get in contact with the Disney Channel? Please email me at crazy_for_penguins@yahoo.com. I wish you a lot of luck and hope you get the role.

When you go in... ACT like you don't want it as much as you really do. It will help by showing a) that you are not very nervous, b) professional and c) it will relax you. Your goal is to be yourself and have fun. Everything else comes by chance, you can't be disappointed if you are happy with what you did in there.

cool.ur tryting out 4 disney channel.welll my old teacher told me to take deep breaths and lie down, close your eyes, picture a 1 and keep saying 1,1,1,etc. while concentrating on it. that helps for test but it works for auditions because the point of it is to calm you down or to get you unnervous.

Drink warm water with a bit of honey. This warms up your voice. Meditate. Pray. Relax. Good luck!

You should have started preparing yourself the minute you knew you had an audition. Never prepare the night before!
