what is the score with america and convictions. i have a conviction for conspiracy 2 defraud a casino so what r americas rulings on that for visiting and living etc

i think you need to get a whole bunch of other paperwork filed to go into the USA with prior convictions (of any sort). i would look into it a long time before you book your tickets.

I don`t know but America is VERY hard to get into now , i know a couple who were booked up for a holiday in Florida and they had to cancel as her hubby had a really stupid conviction against him .. nothing drastic at all , i cannot remember what it was but it would have only been a petty fine he wasn`t a criminal that he was sentenced for , far from it !

small to none. try www.travel.state.gov and www.uscis.gov immigration office. fraud here is a felony. felonies are not wanted. minor crimes yes but this no way.
