I'd have to say yes. They certainly don't seem to be exactly spreading it around.

They are compassionate by cutting taxes and providing the best economy in the 20th century. The middle class has not only grown, but has grown richer. Stocks are setting world records and the investment has let to record tax revenues coming in as well as companies giving the highest raises in over a decade.

They are compassionate about people so they succeed, not the fake compassion that relies on entitlements and handouts that enslave and disempower people.

I'm not a compassionate conservative, just a conservative. Poor people need to get up and work, in a country like this no one is stopping them

EUREKA! So that's what that means. I thought Bush was just BSing, but that's exactly what he is. I'm glad he's conserving it because he has a very limited supply and could easily run out at any moment. Thanks for the enlightenment.
