No way is the Euro better than the US Dollar. However if you had asked whether the Pound Sterling was better than either/both Euro or/and Dollar I would answer YES!

Better how? Its value on the market is higher, but the Euro is more about the unity of the countries under its control. It allows businesses to ship goods without taxation and to deal without worrying about value of the local currency. Then again, workers are leaving slower economies and going to other countries seeking higher pay. The union has allows this without immigration requirements and such. But it also adversely affects the countries with the slower economy. They sought membership to raise it, and many times had to change local customs and social beliefs to join, only to be robbed of valuable workers. Workers that are needed to raise their economy for all of its citizens, so you tell me. Is it worth it?
