When you purchase these doors, they come with two small metal pieces that attach towards the bottom of the doors one on either door. They interlock when they are closed to keep the doors aligned.. If you do not have these pieces, you can buy them at a Lowe's or someplace like that. They should have a section for replacement parts in the door hardware section. Good luck.

At the sides of the doors there is A pin on the bottom of the door and a pin at the top of the door make sure the lower pin is inserted in the hole and the top pin is also centered in the hole above. at the same time make sure the pin on the other end of the door is inserted in the track above. step inside the closet with a flat blade screw driver fold the doors together and at the top of the track you will see an adjusting screw located in the track slide. You may have to loosen the screw a little than slide the track slide towards the end of the track and tighten the screw. VIOLA!!

Check
1.Make sure you put the bottom pivot pin is in the hole properly
2.The bottom foot that the pivot pin sits in, you can move it forward or backward to line the doors up
3. I call them fingers, on the leading edge of the doors they have the little paddle looking things that helps line the bottom of the doors up.....are they on....and if they are, you can bend one or the other to get your desired result.....if there not on you can by them at the hardware store........but back to the bottom foot that the pivot pin sits in...remember you can slide them back or forth so the doors line up.....
4. thats all the little tricks i know except one that is really easy but hard to explain but it takes a hammer and a screw driver and about 1 second on the adjustment of the bottom foot

Bi folds are alway tempermental, in the winter they fit and in the summer they don't, or vice versa

Depends on the doors . Some have adjustments at the top and some at the bottom. They may be a screw or bolt to loosen, then slide the hardware , and re tighten. This is if nothing is broken.
