It is about 30% higher then other plant food.. Why?

Because it says Citrus & Avocado on the bag. The only difference between that and any good general purpoe food is the label. Some folks think there may be something special their trees may need? nope. Any good, cheep gen purp food will do the same thing for 1/3 of the price.

It usually has to be shipped farther than other crops (from CA or FL) Also they do not produce as many fruits as say a pear tree. These things drive the cost up.

Compare costs at some other stores. You might find a better buy.
