Isnt this the Imperial Presidency Cheney and Rumsfeld setup for Bush? He could not have done this on his own. Its not even remotely Constitutional.

Super, this would be true if we were not a one-party state for these past 6 years. Redistricting, gerrymandering, and Rove's wedge issue tactics has placed the GOP in charge of the House, Senate, Executive and for the most part the Judiciary branches. Congress will rubber stamp our losing habeas corpus as it did on 10/17/06

Yupcha... The press has given Bush a free ride for years. Thank god ABC broke the Foley story but I wondeer why it did.

No we don't want that type of Government although the Bush administration wants to force it on us. We have to vote for change and send Bush home to Texas to be Crawfords village idiot once again!

No, but you want a Supreme Court to be unaccountable, as long as the majority of its members lean left and are influenced by what the Washington Post says about them.

The Pres is accountable. ongress can cut off funding & even impeach a Pres & remove him from office. The courts can strike down Presidential decisions.
