well ive seen this asked alot.

do you think the MLB should be purely-american or do you think it should be integrated as it is today?i do understand that it was invented in the 1800s as a game called "the new york game",in the northeastern united states...however,it has greatly evolved over the years by other cultures.

the real question is,how do you think baseball would have been affected it if was purely american?

I think Baseball will always be called America's game, even though more people watch Football now. Other than who is playing, and The names it would not be that much different. Some of the best Players are from other countries. No I don't think any sport should be purely for the country it originated in. For someone like me that likes to watch all sports, it's great the way it is.

certainly urstruly, its 162 video games, yet particular, that's united statesa.'s game. i'm unsure relating to the majors, yet i be attentive to that the Minor Leagues have broken attendance records for the previous 4 years in a row. That merely shows that persons love baseball at any point. Can a similar be stated for the NBA D-League? What approximately any style of teenage league soccer (exterior the sector League and AF2)?

WTF are you talking about? First of all, America's game has been NFL football since about the 1960s.

No sport in North America is purely anything since about the early 1950s. Our sports do not work that way and should always be open to all. Import quotas (OK, CFL football aside) or de facto segregation should be a thing of the past.

If it was "purely American" it'd suck. Americans want to see the best in everything be it sports, art, music, tactical cruise missiles or great, but overpriced, health care. Deal with it but don't go backwards and besides so few Americans play baseball anymore they'd have trouble filling rosters.

Leave it as is, you need the best players from around the world. Baseball is not America's most popular game anymore; that is American Football in the US and Futball (Soccer) in Central/Latin/South America. Hockey rules in Canada.

Baseball needs to die a horrible slow painful death. Bud Selig needs to be thrown out of office and sent to UBL so he can make him a saint.
