I hate hearing that the politicans care about there community... but do they seriously ? why do they make everything so hard? if they care so much why dont we get to have our say about what they are doing? when is something wrong or right?
starting a war thats wrong we should have our say. making the community safer is right but when do they make everyone happy with how they feel about what they are doing. when can we have our say?
i think everyone could do good things and bad things , we all make mistakes but we all should repair the mistakes we make and ask others on what they think... so should they. do they actually care??

the community is every one living on earth and having there say about anything.i think everyone has an idea about what should happen to a place we live and we never get to have a say and i think everyone living on earth in the world should get noticed that they have to live there or here and what trouble or not comes we deal with it... we are community and i say we should have a say it what happens.

i havent voted i have 3yrs till i do and i will think long and hard about who will be running my community and what it brings to us. but i still care about where i am and people around me and i think when politicans say they care for the community and they have a right to have a say... but when does that right come into the maths. of all of this we dont ...they come from some community somewhere and they were in our position once so they should understand..

Yes, more input from the community would be the ideal solution.

Maybe we need to use technology to make voting more accessible and compelling. A few years ago South Lanarkshire Council allowed the public to have their say on local services by using game show-style electronic voting. Perhaps other local authorities should follow their lead?

politicians dont care about 'their' community, its rare that they are even from that community in the first place, they just go there to win the seat. we, the community should be ashamed of ourselves for letting them get the vote. if more people in the community voted there would be more done because the politicians would know that we actually cared what they did. as it stands we are all as bad as each other. shame
