yes just open it up and look for two metal boxes that have a gray cord (IDE cable) and a power plug in . these ones you cant see in front of the computer, that is why you need to open it. but you could have a hard drive that is partitioned into drives instead of two physical drives.
Be careful of static discharge

browse to my computer and open, do you see two drives there? this would be the easiest, unless you have a raid config or mirrored drive , then it might only show one. You could always open it up, or right click on my computer, select manage, and check there.
