Even if you get them to shrink in the dryer, they'll just go back to their normal size after about 20 minutes of wearing them.

put them in front of a radiator or hang them dry, I dont have to be the one to tell you this but unfortunately they are going to go back to being baggy after about 30 min. You may really just have to buy a new pair...I know, I know that may be a really difficult thing to do, but you can break in a new pair. It may be fun, I'm not saying throw out the old ones, I'm saying to just get a new pair that you can spend some time breaking in. You'll be happy you did.

Get in a hot bath wearing them and then dry them with a hair dryer, while you're wearing them. My mum used to do that to make her skin tight jeans even tighter, I guess it would do the same thing if they were a bit big?

Borrow a shrinking machine from your neighbour. If they don't have one you could just stuff them like your bra.
