c R, you cannot download C++ programming software, what you need to download is a compiler. There are also products called Integrated Development Environment (IDE)s that include a compiler. Here is a list of two free compilers or IDEs. There are many more than this available, and other answerers have said some of those. It will all depend on what you are doing, and what you propose to do.

have your tried bloodshed, its free full IDE and its little. and an exe.
