It should have pictures, Advice, Good grammer, and shouldent be filled with gossip i will never want to know. Like how tall tom cruise is or kate mosses nose hair *starts to feel sick* yuck!!!

A good magazine should have original information on a topic that you are interested in. Not an olio of old news from other mags and tv/radio.
If photography is part of the subject, it should be clear and credited: photographer, model, designer, etc.

It should follow a certain theme, i.e. fashion magazines have information on fashion.
Listen to people and what they want to see in the magazine

A cover that does NOT include the word "sex" 3 or 4 times all over it!
