I want to loose 1 stone in two week, how apart from starve, im an active prson and dont eat much junk but whatever i do it wont work

And DONT FORGET: If you're active and you don't eat junk, I'm sure you can't be all that bad - other people don't notice your weight anywhere near as much as you do. It might be easier to dress to flatter yourself.
