No, as an administrator he has full access to everything you save on the computer.

Your brother account has administrator privilage,so he has full access to everything.
If you want to stroe or save something thet he couldn't access them, you should save these files into this directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\"Your account name"

on your page you can save you info under my documents. it can only be seen by you on your page. if you save them to my computer then he can. my husband has his page, i have mine and the kids have theirs.we can only view each others stuff under my computer not my documents.and i am the computer admid.what you dont want him to view put in your my documents folder.
