yes it is 100 % free.
it is not illegal to use limewire
whats illegal is that u are downloading songs (movies pic) that have a copy right. however i myself do use limewire
if u want a legal alternative use itunes.
as 4 ur internet bill that dependeds if they charge u a flat rate or per minute.

ur have to have brodband (dsl cable) to use limewire or else it will be slow ***

tip: never downlaod programs from limewire ... they are ridden with viruses

please vote for best answerr!!! thanx

lol, limewire is absolutely free. but u can also buy it if u want to. u will get some cool extra features if u buy it. i use limewire and it's legal.
well, it depends what kinds of internet service r u using. talk to ur Internet service provider whether u have unlimited download or limited download. if u have limited, then u might have to pay some money for extra downloading.

Limewire is tottaly free, unless you get the pro version which makes you get better search results and have a higher download speed. If you don't have dsl or higher don't bother downloading it however, it will take you about an hour per megabit you download.

No, Limewire is free, as long as you download the free version. We use it, and we've never had to pay for it.

Actually, the lifetime membership is relatively low. There is no additonal cost. But, it comes with a price. You make your PC vulnerable because the files are derived from PC to PC sharing. So in all essence you are getting your movies and music from other people's computers. This opens you up to identity theft, viruses, and sometimes criminal persecution for violating copyright laws. Read the fine print carefully.

i dont understand why you can't just use limewire. it's free, it's easy, and it involves itunes format, with which I'm sure you are familiar.
