When I was 8 my Grandad taught me how to french kiss, would you class this as abuse, or just a mistake by him in a bad moment?

That is not appropriate, regardless if it was a mistake or not. He should not have ever done that!

it is most certainly abuse. it's up to you to report it, especially if he is often in contact with young children. the only potential problem i see is that there is a time limit on reporting (which they should change). but it was abuse and i would report it - grandad or not, he was wrong.

did he actually kiss u or did he just tell u?
if he kissed u then it is abuse and u should tell your parents or the police. but if u dont want to tell anyone or get your grandad in trouble u should talk to him.

That is definitely wrong and abusive. He took advantage of you. Be careful around him.
If you think he might do something wrong with other young girls, it is worth reporting him.
