There was a horror movie that came out awile back, and the makers were sued because it was so realistic, people though they had actually killed and mutilated real people to make it. what movie was that?

Cannibal Holocaust

Ruggero Deodato actually had to bring the cast into court and on an Italian tv show to prove the movie wasn't real.

Although, the animal slaughters were real.

The in-film-documentary "The Last Road To Hell", which features several executions, consists of authentic footage supposedly from Uganda.

You might be thinking of "The Faces of Death", a repulsive underground-type movie from the late '70's. It was banned all over the place in spite of its being faker than hell.

dont know man but I would sue them to if they were killing real people. then again it is probably a hoax.
