If the govt. wont do their job lets remind them that there are still citizens who care enough to take the law in our own hands. If you are in the U.S. illegally then that means your rights are not protected under the U.S. constitution and thats where I come in at and remind you that an invader in my land will not be tolerated. whos with me?

NO.. and here is why... Economically speaking WE NEED THEM.. we do not have enough workers as the baby-boomers retire. Secondly, the correct & most profitable move for everyone's interest woudl be to hand them as many WORK VISA's as would supply those that are here & then determine how many more we need...
Do you not realize that unless you are Native American your for-fathers came here from somewhere else???
How IGNORANT of people to not see that if simply gave them WORK VISA & allowed them to then pay taxes then this is a WIN-WIN situation.
Have you bothered to check into, or do you have any idea how many of those you choose to call "illegals" have died working jobs other people won't for logging companies in California & Oregon?? They need to have LEGAL WORK VISAs so they don't just die & no one knows & no death benefit paid to their children.....
If you are going to be involved in the politics of "illegals" then you should at least know & understand the implications for them and the benefits for us. The percentage who die without record, and take just 2 weeks off & go to the areas they come from (not the touristy areas).... then tell me if you feel the same as you speak right now

The problem is that you cannot tell an illegal just by looking at them. Also, since being an illegal alien is currently not a felony, you could find yourself in legal trouble as well for unlawful detention or even kidnapping if some smart lawyer gets ahold of you. Citizens arrests for misdemeaners are illegal.
It would be more effective for a hotline to be set up to turn in illegals and those who enable them.

it is within your rights to make citizens arrest. Start anytime. It could begin a trend. I'll look foreward to their trial and deportation.
If they become violent, they can also be charged with assault and battery to boot.
