If you mean cockroaches, use boric acid powder. I once lived in an apartment and was horrified when a cockroach ran up the wall. I had not had such a thing occur in living quarters before. I got a bottle of boric acid powder and dispursed it all around the edges of the room where the wall met the carpeting and did not have a problem after that. I do not know if that is safe around pets.

Cockroaches hate mothballs so you need to think about preventing them from getting indoors.

First to prevent the indoors problem- just put a pile of mothballs in little plastic bags, make little holes in it and place in each corner of your bottom kitchen cabinets and corners of the rooms. You only need about 4 in the other rooms. Place in a corner behind some furniture or something or even underneath the carpet at the corner.

If you have a lot of cockraoches, you need to get to the source and the main source is most likely the drainage ( for sewage) out side. Check the sewage grids around your house and get a specialist to spray them every few months to keep them at bay. The sewage grids are infested with them and thus they start looking for more space by going through the pipes into indoor areas or even through cracks in the walls of your home.

I can guarantee the mothballs will work!
