It was a conspiracy between rogue elements of the CIA and organized crime. Kennedy was going to pull us out of Vietnam and the CIA couldn't have that....the war was their baby and they had too much at stake. Organized crime also had a hand in it since JFK's brother Bobby was Attorney General and was going after them with a vengeance.

Lee Harvey Oswald was merely a patsy and maybe only one of his bullets hit Kennedy, but not the fatal one....that came from the front, from the so-called "grassy knoll." In other words, a second shooter. Look at films from that day and you'll see people pointing to the knoll, and looking in that direction - not towards the Schoolbook Depository. Also, if you look at the Zapruder film which shows the actual assassination - JFK's head jerks backward when the fatal bullet blew out the back of his head. If the bullet had come from behind, it would have gone forward like it did when he was struck by the first bullet (from Oswald).

We'll probably never know the full truth - at least we won't until sometime around 2030 when the full records are supposed to be opened. But will anyone care by then that a rogue element of the government engaged in a coup and removed one of the most popular and charismatic presidents in history?

Well I was stationed in El Paso at the time & talk was going around that Oswald did it with help from the mob because of Robert going after Hoffa &the AFL/CIO for coruption.Remember the person who shot Oswald was Jack Ruby (a known mob member).I have no doubt that perhaps Oswald had help but I doubt that those who say Johnson was behind it so he could become president know what thay are talking about. It was a back room deal that got Kennedy on the ballet in the first place.

JFK was killed by his own government. because after negotiating the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, and preventing nuclear war with Russia, he uncovered the Northwoods documents, which were government plans to (sound familiar 9/11) attack their own citizens to create public support for a war with Cuba. he was going to go public with this info, can you imagine the result of that. so he was taken care of, and they set it up to look like a public assassin.
