I would definitely say a Kiss on the forehead. It somewhat means he respects you as well as a person and isn't trying to get into your pants.

I love being kissed on the cheek by a guy. It's so sweet. It's kind, gentle, and so affectionate. Being kissed on the lips is good too, but when he changes it and gives you the softest, kiss of an angel on your cheek, it makes me melt!

Defiantly on the for head. It just give you this breathless feeling every time. The cheeks and the lips you almost expect but when you get kissed on the for head its just feelings that can't be expressed into words.
