The rich are rich and getting richer and the poor are poor and getting poorer and there is almost no middle class any more.
And the rich will keep it going that way too if we don't vote to change it.

For instance, women in a given career field can be hindered by polarization of men who exclude them from social and professional gatherings that could help them [women] gain excel beyond "what is expected of a woman"... there's a lot of business dealings that happen in those men's locker rooms at the golf course, y'all.
