One time the picture was so bad I went back and said I lost my license. The replacement wasn't good, but not as terrible as the first one was.

Yes. It's expensive just to do it for the picture. I'm getting ready to do it again. My picture is horrid. Look like Frankenstein and my dad. I'm female.
