They were suits and ties or they dress for where ever they are working in the style most common to the country or state in which they are working. They look like real people so it isn't much of a costume.

Normal crap so that they can blend in to their natural surroundings,but if I was to make my own costume of a spy,I would get the HUGEST (and cool looking DO NOT 4GET THAT!!)SUNGLASSES EVER,a black somewhat tight (but not enough to lose circulation)long sleeved shirt,black sweat pants or LOOSE leggings(WE R NOT DRESSING UP LIKE A $@%# R WE?),and a pair of spy worthy (black or dark navy) boots.You could also carry a cool looking cell phone or some other thing that looks like a spy weapon.It would be really good for more norther states so that you will not be freezing you butt off just for some candy.Unlike me I was was DUMB when I choose my costume, Paris Hilton (SHE IS SUCH A JOKE!!) and I am freezing my butt off,and I am wear an itchy, icky blonde wig.Give your costume as much thought as possible.
