I'd have a nose job (mine is a little wide)-
I'd get a small face lift- just to get rid of a bit of jowl
Maybe a bit of lipo

my daughter is having "free cosmetic surgery" in a couple of months. Granted, its considered a cosmetic surgery, but she is having it done for quality of life issues. My husband is Military so we dont have to pay for it. Granted.. if we had to do "down town" there would be a fee.. but she would still have the procedure done.
and yeah..if I could get the lipoma removed from my thigh for free, I would. I knew a plastic surgeon who said he would only charge me 2,500 for it... I thought screw that.. for that much $$ he better lipo from the waist down on BOTH Sides! sigh

If it was free, then it would probably be very unsafe, and then my face would look all messed up and stuff, and then I would have to wear a mask. On the other hand, if it was quality plastic surgery, then I'm probably on reality tv or something and my face is already messed up. Either way, people get to see my messed up face.

Nah, it's like a drug. The first one may be free, but after that you may be willing to prostitute yourself in order to have more. All of this beauty enhancing products and magazines and procedures are designed to make one feel ugly so that you buy into what they're selling. Be comfortable with who you are and not what you look like.

I already have had free surgery,I had a breast augmentation 2 years ago(boob job).

It's easy to say "no" ... which would be my inclination ... but you just never can tell. If it were, it might pose a huge temptation. Still, I firmly believe "you get what you pay for" .... so that would tip the scales back to NO.

yeah let me see..... I would like to have a lipo all over and a breast lift. Also I want bootie implants. I have chub all over my body but not there no pun intended.

Yes I would get botox injections so my little bunny face would always have a perma smile.

No, I would be afraid that something terrible would go wrong, besides, i'm very satisfied, with the looks that God and my parent's gave me.
