What is the best nail extention system out there?

bio gel nails.
you have to go to a salon to have them done.
it's a product that gets painted over your existing nails and makes them very hard and almost impossible to break.
they grow quicker as there is no stress on your actual nail.
I've been using it for 2 years and am very happy.

Bio gel is very weak, vitamin nail supplements are probably best!
